a Subarctic Avian Community

A paper from my M.Sc. thesis about the unique characteristics of the singing behaviour of arctic birds, resulting from the fact that their breeding season occurs in an environment with 24 hour daylight.

The Selection of Snowpatches as Relief Habitat by Woodland Caribou

This is a project I worked on which examined the use of persistent snowpatches in the Selwyn Mountains (along the Yukon-NWT border) by caribou as escape habitat from biting insects.
